Having lived in Wisconsin for a decade, what the contrast of Green Bay and Milwaukee counties is like is choosing the two most opposites possible, with the exception of Dane County which is where all Academia resides living fat off the university system and its tentacles.

My bet is Green Bay complies and Milwaukee (think Gwen Moore) will shred everything, burn it, and bleach bit every voting machine bit of data.
