Virtually nobody of working age will come down with severe symptoms. Virtually only retirees do, statistically speaking.
So it is not relevant that a bunch of young health hot nurses did not develop severe symptoms. Except hot.
Side-note: Those hot nurses are probably lesbians. I worked for a while as an IT systems engineer supporting SF General (Zuckerberg) Hospital. Every big meeting was comprised of mostly females, all lesbian. Confirmed by their talk ("can't wait to get home and eat p**sy!"). Left within a couple years; party atmosphere but not my cup of tea.
That may have been true with wuhan flu, uncle miltie, but now we have cousin It going after the middle-aged folks.
It’s not surprising to see nurses getting breakthroughs, tho, given the high viral loads they’re exposed to, long hours and just plain disheartened by covid patients dying. They’re not as ‘on it’ as last year when they were full of spit and vinegar. Some have given up and quit. Others are slogging through the mud. I read an Arkansas hospital offering $25K signons for contract nurses - they’re about 300 short.
