couple of things....ER's can't go searching for patients....if you are in the waiting room, its up to the patient to say "here...I'm here".....

so maybe he was just too sick....where the HELL was his concerned family....

a little sidenote....my BIL had a HR of 26 when he went to the ER in his community....they sent him up to a large medical facility....in his OWN car, driven by his wife....
