Tucker Carlson: CDC Director Rochelle Walensky now makes the laws, and she's taking your private property

On New Year’s Day of this year, Rochelle Walensky was just a college professor in Massachusetts. You’d almost certainly never heard of her. You definitely didn’t vote for her at any point, because Walensky had never run for office.
As of January first, Walensky’s political power was precisely the same as yours and everyone else’s in this supposedly self-governing republic: she had one vote out of a nation of 320 million people. And then, just a few weeks later, everything changed, for her, and for the rest of us. Joe Biden appointed Walensky to run the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta. At the time, it didn’t seem like a huge deal at the time.
The CDC is not a legislative body. It is a public health bureau. It was originally designed to fight malaria, and it did a good job.
The CDC gathers information about diseases and then releases guidance about those diseases to the country. The CDC does not make laws in this country. It’s not allowed to. Under the U.S. Constitution, making laws is the exclusive role of Congress.
You vote for your senators and congressmen and they decide what the rules are. That’s known as representative democracy. It’s been our system for nearly 250 years. But apparently, it is now over. Rochelle Walensky now makes the laws. Walensky announced today that she has decided to nationalize America’s rental properties, millions and millions of them from Maine to California. Tenants are no longer required to pay their rent.
Property owners cannot evict them under any circumstances. Making someone pay to live on your property is now a federal crime. Try it, and you can wind up in prison, with hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines.

Law enforcement have firearms. Why don’t they charge in and STOP THE LAWLESSNESS?
What about the military? Are they a bunch of cowards who have no problem with surrendering to this domestic lawlessness? The military is pretending to do its duty, ignoring their sworn oaths to defend the constitution, while the country is being destroyed from within.
Is the military simply spending huge amounts of taxpayer money training to defend the rapid destruction of the USA? If the military is not going to defend the constitution from these DOMESTIC enemies, they should all take off their uniforms, throw down their weapons and walk away.
A lawless country, being run by criminals in open defiance of the laws, with no enforced constitution, is not worth risking anyone’s precious life to defend.
Biden and his appointees are openly defying the constitutional rulings of the Supreme Court to eliminate private property rights which these communists have NO LAWFUL RIGHT TO DO.

Obviously needs to be a class action lawsuit that all landlords, across the US, can join.
Find a federal judge that will lift the moratorium on evictions and lets’ get the fight going!

Because the renters feel so emboldened anymore and probably feel they can safely leave the property, I would hire “squatters” (family members) to take possession of the property. Trick the renter’s. When the renter’s leave to go to the store or something have family members take over the property. Dems LOVE squatters. (They have “rights” you know). Just hire some family members to “squat” on the property until they renters leave. Give the renters a choice. Get your stuff and leave or start a “court” war. That would cost them money. Something they do not have.

Dems do not care about a judge’s ruling. The SCOTUS says dems cannot do this and they are anyway. Courts will not help us here. We are talking about the dems right? The dems do not care about rules or the rights of all or the constitution.

“It’s property owners who will suffer, many of them members of the rapidly disappearing American middle class.”
Many property owners in this part of the country are also land developers who can seem to be nice about it at first, but they tend to not take this kind of thing lightly. One builder that I know of also manufactures windows for single family homes, apartments and condos and I would bet that he, his partners and their extended families are not too happy with members of The Squad and these latest “developments”, especially since returning to business-as-usual after several long delays over the past 19-20 years. It’s nothing personal..It’s strictly business.

Biden openly defied SCOTUS to hand the CDC that power.
This is the type of behavior that the Dims falsely accused Trump of doing. The Biden Admin is ordering land owners to allow renters to live in homes owned by someone else rent free in violation of the law. the highest court in the US has declared this to be illegal, Biden says he know this is illegal but he will do it anyway. This is what they do in a dictatorship. I am sure the Dim controlled media will be all over this soon.
I bet Nancy and Chuck are drawing up Articles of Impeachment right now./s

No.
This matter has already been decided in the courts - the Supreme Court in fact.
States and local communities simply need to enforce local contracts. The federal government has no standing.
With the proper eviction notice, tenants should be forced out after that given period.
Any attempts to prevent the enforcement of contracts by outside entities will be subject to arrest.
It’s that simple, people.

“Yep, and Biden openly defied SCOTUS to hand the CDC that power. I guess we have a 4th branch of government now.”
I guess, but I’m trying to understand why ANY conservative governor would listen to CDC now that the Supreme Court has ruled.
What am I missing here...why no DeSantis, Noem, or anyone else telling the CDC to go to hell, since The Supremes have now spoken?

Normally, rental properties have a 1 year lease.
Can’t the landlord simply decline to renew the lease of the person living in their property who is no longer paying rent?

Now that the DemSocRats have opened the southern border to full 3rd-world invasion, in complete contravention of Article 4 Section 4 of the Constitution, while promising the illegals amnesty and voting rights,
And are now abolishing private property rights and the system of contracts by extending the farcical “CDC mandated” eviction moratorium, while giving the finger to the SCOTUS,
And are working with big tech to abolish the First Amendment, please realize we are heading into Communism.
For a glimpse of real Communism, please watch this film. Drag it to the beginning if it auto-starts in the middle. Deplorables, THIS is your future under real Communism. So for the love of God and freedom, DO NOT GIVE UP YOUR GUNS, not even one bullet!

"How long until Lloyd Austin decides he makes 'laws' too?"
In effect, he is, by mandating that all troops take the experimental synthetic mRNA gene therapy that is not FDA approved.
Prior to now, troops could not be forced to take unapproved experimental drugs.

During the question and answer session following his remarks yesterday, Joe Biden said something out loud the media are desperately trying to hide.
In this video segment listen carefully to what he says. As the Supreme Court and lower courts have determined, the CDC has no legal authority to block the rights of property owners from rental income from their tenants. This is a basic issue in the Constitution about private property rights and the limits of federal government to intervene.
However, think about Joe Biden taking an oath of office “to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” and contrast that oath against these public statements. In his remarks Biden readily admits that all constitutional scholars have advised the White House that a regulatory eviction moratorium will *NOT* pass constitutional scrutiny. He openly admits that….
….Then, in the very next sentence, after admitting any effort to initiate or extend a federal eviction moratorium violates the U.S. Constitution, he says he is intentionally directing federal agencies to trigger unconstitutional legal action in an effort to “buy time” and create a de-facto unlawful eviction moratorium.
In essence:…
‘I know this is unconstitutional; and I know we will lose the constitutional legal argument; but we will do this anyway, because ideology’.
WATCH:
Put aside the sympathetic elements for a moment; and think BIG PICTURE. Think beyond the issue at hand with evictions. If the installed occupant of the White House can intentionally, and with willful and open intent, violate the United States Constitution; while admitting publicly he is violating the United States Constitution; then what makes you think they will stop at the issue of ‘evictions’.
Either we have a Constitution, or we do not.
Tell me how the willful violation of the Constitution -that is outlined in these public remarks- is not an impeachable offense?
