Hard to say. The wealthier, whiter areas are more highly vaxxed, and there’s a fair level of resistance in black and Hispanic neighborhoods. So there might be sufficient resistance in south LA or Eastlos to make this impractical, but none of my neighbors are going to stand up and resist, I don’t think.
Actually I read a few days ago that its the westside and valley that have most of the covid positive cases..Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana..those areas are more white middle class, and of course they tend to vote Dem
