Petition blames network for low military vaccination rates
A progressive political action committee on Wednesday launched a petition to ban Fox News from airing on all U.S. military installations, blaming the channel and some of its high-profile hosts for stubbornly low COVID-19 vaccination rates among troops.
The group VoteVets, which works to elect liberal veterans to public office, took specific aim at controversial Fox News personality Tucker Carlson. Mr. Carlson has been at odds with Pentagon leaders in recent months after segments in which he seemed to suggest the U.S. military has become more concerned with diversity and political correctness than winning wars.

Censorship for thee, not for me.
Who even watches CNN Lite these days?
Soviet Military & Swamp Creatures - bump for later.....
Sponsored by Soros?
Do these "brainiacs" forget that most people simply stream relevant Fox News clips on their phones/computers?
Really!!!! I am a Right Wing Nut, but I could care less whether FOX News gets banned from military bases.
I rely on Newsmax, Brietbart, and OAN for my news sources these days.
I guess on this issue it makes me agree with the lefty lunatics.
“. . .suggest the U.S. military has become more concerned with diversity and political correctness. . “
It is a fact.
Tucker calling out Austin, et al, for PC nonsense over mission readiness.
Next you know, very likely Austin will only allow MSNBC to broadcast or shown on bases.
Back in the day, the city of Boston used to ban books. Getting banned in Boston made books instant best sellers, such that even if they weren’t banned in Boston the label “Banned In Boston” was proudly printed in the cover. So, go ahead, make my day. Ban Fox News on military bases! (Dry-washes hands while chuckling manically.)
Are there any Commanders in the military these days? Ever heard of a Direct Order? This is amazing to me after spending almost 30 years on active duty. But....then again, “Orders from the Commander these days are nothing more than the opening bid to further negotiations.”
Bring it, oh leftist asshat.
What is with these lefties? If you ban people from speaking it must be you have something to hide.
I met few, but persistent, ‘liberals’ during my 25 years on active duty. Most of them hated our Second Amendment.
Despite being sleep-deprived onboard USN Warships, I would go out of my way to sit on every board for these morons and vote against recommending them for whichever program they were attempting to enter.
Murdoch put his two liberal sons in charge of Fox News and they then put Paul Ryan on their board so what’s not for the Liberals to like about it.
Ban Liberal Veteran’s Groups. Why is that any less oppressive than press censorship? They are children, and not veterans, if they do not support the 1st Amendment.
These people are almost unbelievably scared that an opinion counter to the “Biden Administration” talking points might somehow be heard by anyone anywhere.
Doesn’t sound “liberal” at all.
A lot of recent vets are VERY woke
Liberals are so much better at activism than we are - they truly put us to shame in that regard. And it’s produced great results for them.
We on the right seem to limit our activism to voting every couple of years (if we can even be bothered to do that).
For the left the elections are no big deal, even if they lose one, just a bump on the road. Activism, marching in the streets, protesting, burning buildings down, getting in peoples faces... is how they’ve managed to completely rout us in this culture war.
It’s a type of terrorism, and like the islamists learned before them - TERRORISM WORKS!!
There’s going to have to come a time where we terrorize them, or we’ll be forever under their thumbs.
Those in the military need to understand their bosses and commanders now take orders from tyrants, and the tyrants themselves are posing as legitimately elected officials.
