Interesting.
Now that we have some time, mr. mm and I are doing some sorting stuff and cleaning up. I am organizing everything and inventorying it to see what I want to top off with.

I found some OLD pot roast and jam, that I’d canned 11 !!!!! years ago.
(Six qts pot roast, about 24 ½ pts of jam 😩)
I had them stashed away REALLY good. They look perfect....no mold, no color change..... sigh ....
Hubby said he’d do the honors of emptying/pitching.
