Exactly. Doctors where certain masks in certain PPE for certain tasks. They also know that proper use of said equipment is critical for it to be effective. Seems like we using the same blue surgical masks, and various other things we have seen renters them useless.

Amazing the government idiot talks about wanting to get rid of the confusion, when they are responsible for the confusion, then as even more confusion to the mix about watch masks work and watch masks don’t. The reason people don’t trust you is because you told them anything over your face with work, then you tell them you don’t need it, then you tell them you need to wear one again, then you tell them the paper mask you’re wearing doesn’t do s*#t.

Actual scientists who work with viruses every day wear airtight “moon suits” with air supplies.
Anything less than that is a just a Dollar Tree band aid slapped over a sucking chest wound.
Surgical mask specifications required them to stop bacteria (big bugs and germs) from infecting open surgical wounds. They were only worn one time, for a short time and then disposed of in biohazards waste containers.
They are not designed to stop viruses.
So they don’t slobber into the open cavity, I would assume
I feel worse after wearing one than going without one.

Do the math. The smallest holes in an N95 filter are 100x larger than the COVID virus. As explained to me:

The N95 mask filters at least 95% of airborne particles. What about that 5%?
Masks must be periodically decontaminated (alcohol or activate-oxygen). Who does that ever?
