The Biden administration believes that border violators have more rights than American citizens. If you or I try to enter our homeland from a foreign country, we are required to provide a negative COVID test, but an illegal entrant on the southern border faces no such necessity. And receives complimentary transportation to the destination of his/her/their choice courtesy of our taxes, to boot.

By electing lawyers to our legislatures we’ve would up with laws to benefit and enrich lawyers.

Who could have possibly foreseen that?

What a ridiculous idea. Illegal aliens that have entered the US without inspection haven’t been charged with a crime. The proceedings against them are purely administrative so they’re not entitled to free legal counsel. There are many NGOs that will step up and take these type of cases at no cost to the alien or the government. We’re being scammed by the Dems. So, nothing new.

It is basically a payoff to lawyers. Kind of a make work project for non productive legal types. Total waste of money. Boondoggle.

I can not as a US citizen afford my own attorney and he wants to use precious taxpayer funds to give illegal aliens attorneys?! Beyond outrageous.

There are a number of immigration lawyers in my town that foreigners who respect our laws pay for themselves and use.

These lawyers don’t work cheap. Don’t cause our law-abiding immigrants to become angry at you Joe.

Constitutionally criminal defendants have the right to legal representation, regardless of whether they are here illegally or not. Miranda v. Arizona settled that. But being here illegally is a civil infraction and not a criminal one. They are allowed to have legal representation but it is not required, and there is no reason why the federal government should have to fund it.

Biden administration believes that border violators have more rights than American citizens.

They do their names will be on every democrat ballot in the next two elections and they don’t even have to show up.

Just like the last election.
