I totally dislike Napolitano. But, this lawsuit sounds like total BS and it’s most likely to go nowhere given the history of the plaintiff and that lawyers flock to protect one of their own. A more likely lawsuit is when Napolitano sues Fox for firing him prematurely and/or without justification instead of suspending him during the pendency of the Corbishley lawsuit.
