I like that idea. And I did hear of a guy that wanted a third shot but they would not give it to him. Finally he figured out a way to get his third shot, so maybe you are right.

Given the racial differences in the percent vaccinated, yes, you’re right! It’s patently racist to ask a minority person for his papers. Oh wait, minorities doesn’t include Asians because they have an even higher vax rate than whites.
I’m still trying to figure out how this can be proposed for an “experimental” treatment.
There were grumblings early on that if employers forced vaccinations as a condition of employment, that they would be liable for any harm that they caused.
Now when it is FDA “APPROVED”, potentially a different story.

Not clear on the legal pathway myself, but the Houston Methodist case was summarily dismissed back in June by a district court in the 5th circuit, so it seems to be a very clear thing that companies can do.
There are various ways that the government can put pressure on businesses to implement this, not just Cuomo’s thuggish threats.
From their perspective it’s smart. Keeps people divided and isolated.
Well, if it's that dangerous, it's too dangerous to be there and no one should frequent those businesses that might violate your HIPAA rights and demand to know whether or not you're part of the experimental treatment trials.

Cuomo’s mandate will have disparate impact on various groups because of the differing rates of vaccination among the groups. Turning away some groups will cause civil rights complaints - it is inevitable.
