Nazism or fascism = Ethnocentric socialism.
Communism = Multi cultural socialism.
I’ve never saw much difference between the two.
The Soviets had a broad range of ethnicities in their territory. I’ve heard that soldiers would be billeted away from their homes, so that, were it necessary to quell an uprising, they would be shooting countrymen of a different ethnicity than their own.
