July is a hot month in Florida. It's hotter than in June - check the data (I did). Yes, warmer weather means being outdoors and getting vitamin D etc. But if there is TOO much heat and sun, people go back inside to A/C and recirculated air and less sunlight etc.
I think this is simply a seasonal uptick.
