Since supporters of then-President Donald Trump swarmed the US Capitol on January 6 — forcing Congress to go into lockdown and damaging the halls of government — 599 people have been arrested and charged with crimes.
The FBI is seeking the public's help to identify people who took part in one of the most documented crimes in US history.
But since many rioters were allowed to walk free on January 6, it's taking some time to track them down.
This table includes the names, charges, and links to court documents of all the people charged so far. We're keeping it updated as more names are released.
Only 23 charged rioters have entered guilty pleas so far.
The number of people charged in the insurrection is expected to keep growing as FBI agents pore through video footage, social media posts, phone location data, and tips from the public.
Democratic members of Congress pushed for a bipartisan commission to investigate the Capitol riot akin to the one made post-9/11, but Senate Republicans blocked the attempt.

They should not be charged with anything including trespassing. This stunt was organized by peelousy and the dems in coordination with felchi-fa and the capitol police. They were invited in, and felchi-fa snaked around taking pictures of faces. Dollars to donuts you will not find any of the photographers have been charged

Something is coming and my sense is the Left is frantic distract from it.
What I like about these audits is the deliberation and attention to detail being used by the investigators plus the total lack of any leaks.

And at the same time only one person from the 2016 riots by antifa and blm at President Trump’s inauguration was charged and convicted and the sentence was greatly reduced.

The Weather Underground in the 1970s estimated that over 25 million Americans would need be killed who couldn’t be re-educated politically.
Needs to include the arrestees’ status. Held, on bail, on own recognizance, plead, etc.
My story is somewhat similar. I have enough mobility problems that there was no way I’d go, either by car or plane. However, I wrote to friend who’d been to similar demonstrations along with me to see if there was any way I could contribute bus/plane fare for someone who was going. Fortunately, he never replied to my email, so I didn’t make any contribution. Looks like I lucked out.

Agree, but to the ComDem’s the rule of law is dead, it simply does not apply to them.

I suppose you did - just my morning time is off - I said a decade, but meant something like 50 years ago.
When they come for me, I hope it will be in time to solve money problems, as I’ll likely be broke by then and looking for a sturdy cardboard box - nice dank, dark solitary cell would be unpleasant, but not as bad as cardboard box and the meals would be free as well.
Already denied some basic services and as for rights, I lost those over 40 years ago when I was declared to belong to the wrong race; living on SS does not allow much - but its better than 85% of the world’s population lives on.
Actually they have played this game before on a smaller scale. But the Waco Biker’s, Twin Peaks fiasco is still going on, after almost 5 years. Without a single significant conviction and the remaining charges dropped but nothing done to help restore the lives that were destroyed in the process.

DOJ said he was seen outside the Capitol with a microphone telling the crowd “we about to burn this s-— down,” and was videotaped outside the Speaker’s Lobby when a Capitol Police officer shot a woman.
Like the 3rd Reich this will not last forever.
I expect O’Biden’s rule to end before this year is out.
All the people who showed interest and vitality in standing up for our Republic at the DC protests on Jan. 6th have been sent home without jail time. No charges.
Wait. Hold on. Mistake there. It was all rioters in Portland, Seattle, NYC and a dozen other cities who stopped traffic, pulled people out of cars, pulled out ATMs, broke windows and looted and vandalized stores, burned police cars, threatened to surround and kill police officers including at their station, shot into officers’ eyes with laser beams and burned down blocks of buildings....have been sent home without prison time. No charges.
Fixed it.
I thought about going. But the Bonus March came to mind. As well, the fact that no private citizen may go lawfully armed in DC gave me pause.
