Since supporters of then-President Donald Trump swarmed the US Capitol on January 6 — forcing Congress to go into lockdown and damaging the halls of government — 599 people have been arrested and charged with crimes.

The FBI is seeking the public's help to identify people who took part in one of the most documented crimes in US history.

But since many rioters were allowed to walk free on January 6, it's taking some time to track them down.

This table includes the names, charges, and links to court documents of all the people charged so far. We're keeping it updated as more names are released.

Only 23 charged rioters have entered guilty pleas so far.

The number of people charged in the insurrection is expected to keep growing as FBI agents pore through video footage, social media posts, phone location data, and tips from the public.

Democratic members of Congress pushed for a bipartisan commission to investigate the Capitol riot akin to the one made post-9/11, but Senate Republicans blocked the attempt.

Note: The last sentence in my excerpt is absolutely a total lie.

This has become the #ComDem's Reichstag fire to cement the Coup.

Key Facts:

The Reichstag Fire

On February 27, 1933, the German parliament (Reichstag) building burned down. The Nazi leadership and its coalition partners used the fire to claim that Communists were planning a violent uprising. They claimed that emergency legislation was needed to prevent this. The resulting act, commonly known as the Reichstag Fire Decree, abolished a number of constitutional protections and paved the way for Nazi dictatorship.

1 Implemented one day after the fire, the decree suspended the right to assembly, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and other constitutional protections, including all restraints on police investigations. It remained in effect until Nazi Germany was defeated in May 1945.

2 The decree permitted the regime to arrest and incarcerate political opponents without specific charge, to dissolve political organizations, and to confiscate private property.

3 The decree also gave the regime the authority to overrule state and local laws and overthrow state and local governments.

Wonder why the thugs in Portland, LA, SF, etc. who burned neighborhoods to the ground aren’t being pursued with the same vigor. Also, how does Pelosi have the right reject Jordan from the committee?

“charged in insurrection”

Prove it.

Nobody has been charged WITH insurrection yet.

How can you have an insurrection without actual insurrectionists and it is libel to smear 599 names with that charge.

Who would have thought a decade ago that the US would now be holding almost 600 US citizens as political prisoners.

I know at least two people of the 599.

Is there a easy way to get the whole list at once, rather than flip thru 75 pages?

I only know of one hard way - with MS Word.

Nobody has been charged WITH insurrection yet.

We should call it what it was.

The January 6th Capitol Trespassing.

Well, it’s not like they are being held in solitary confinement, without bail, without much communication, without exercise and without reading material.

Oh wait, it is.

These insurrectionists need to be better trained. If you are going to have an insurrection, you need to show up ARMED.

Just sayin’. ;)

Who would have thought a decade ago that the US would now be holding almost 600 US citizens as political prisoners.

I did.

Furthermore, in the NEXT decade, I predict that number to rise to the hundreds of thousands, or even millions.

And the definition of 'prisoner' will change. While you may not be held in custody, you WILL be denied basic services and rights.

My wife wanted to go, but I told her that there is no way we can show up armed in DC, and that was the only way I’d go. So we didn’t go.

BTW, being armed was important to me for the simple reason that I considered it a dangerous place for conservatives and wanted to be prepared. Turns out I was right. We now have 600 political prisoners in a country that claims to be free, but THAT lie is being exposed.

Iran most be rolling over laughing.
Jimmy Carter is probably a little irked. He lost a second term, in part, because of the hostage crises.

Many people got caught within the circle of disturbance and there was no way out. Moving about is not a crime.

Recall Obama, Clinton, and others repeatedly calling the September 11, 2012 terrorist attack on our embassy “a protest (about a youtube video) that just got out of hand”.

They lied repeatedly to Congress and the public about it. They knew at the time that it was a planned terrorist attack. “What difference does it make at this time anyhooo?”

And they threw an apostate filmmaker in jail just as Hitlery Rotten Clinton promised she’d do. She told the grieving families that she’d get the guy who was responsible.
