A strapping 20 something will be able to do many miles if unimpaired, and if drunk his chances or survival in a crash are still better than the 40 something mother and kids he smashes into

We lost a lot when Tony Snow passed. Dana seemed competent for awhile but as the years have passed the “ Washington Insider”. I follow the approved script has shown itself very directly.
It's all the flu. Either A or B primarily A. The problem with categorizing it as covid is that we have taken down the country with covid but never with the flu! If what is killing people or making them sick and is the flu they are in big trouble.
Everyone will want to know why the country was taken down for what amounts to the flu. It never happened before.

On a completely different topic My good buddy Capt. Brian Cone aboard the Contagious decided to search for lobster aka florid crawfish, during the 48 hour special crawfish season earlier this week here in the Keys. Little did he know that Donald Trump Jr. would be joining him.!!Along with friend the dove the offshore waters of the Keys and captured many lobsters up to limit catches.
One catch in particular got the attention of everyone. Seems Jr. missed one with his net and the crawfish swam about 150 feet away in 30 feet of water.Trump Jr. chased him and caught him all in about a three minute span which is a long, long time under water! But, he was up to the task.
Jr. appears to be a chip off the old block not bothering with alcohol or other abuses much like his dad. Will he get a shot down the line as our potus? Hard to say. But fine with me. I have a photo but Google ate it.

I seriously disagree that Donald J. Trump is a vax criminal just because he asks others to get the vaccine. I'm not accusing you of saying precisely that, but let's be careful of our words.
So, to that end, as the most intelligent weekly thread on Free Republic, I think we should all be careful with our words and descriptions. That way no one here takes it personal.

The real hard working guys on this are those that took 1,500 samples and checked each and every one coming out with the results that all were the flu most type A but a few part B. This alone shows that the country was taken down for the flu,never before has this happened.

There are unconfirmed rumors that some soldiers in the CCP get a different vaccine. Same in South Africa,where rumors are at first 300 were given a different vax,it worked, and now a thousand were given the same vax and once again it worked. It’s near impossible to get to the truth on many issues. But, we try. That’s why when an independent lab tests 1,500 samples and does get to the truth it should be news.

Thats the key problem . Many are content to believe what they think is the truth and never look for the data/reasons why it makes sense.
The Dems know that there are a lot of “ what’s in it for me’s” out there who don’t care or see the big picture.
The current allow people into our country with no testing is in direct contradiction to the mask / vac push.

Well, speaking as a military retiree, I absolutely remember being marched down to the clinic in basic training and getting all kinds of shots—I think 23 of them that day.
Then in Technical School at Keesler AFB, being marched into the Airmen’s club to get the swine flu shot. In neither case were we asked if we wanted to or not. That was in 1976.
Later, every 3 years I had to update my shot records. I lost them after a couple of moves and had to get fully immunized with everything again in 1984. It took several sick calls to do. On the last one the med tech told me I didn’t HAVE to get them if I didn’t want to. Oh, now they tell me.
In 1991 I was ordered to Italy, and was told I had to get more vaccines or, if I didn’t want to, I could not go, but would become ineligible for further assignments and be discharged.
There’s always a catch-22 with the DOD.
Frankly, I was surprised to learn that active duty personnel—at least up to this week—could refuse the COVID vax.
