Exactly you have to be more or less relaxed and know our topic well.I was on the air from 78 til 2004 professionally and still do some gigs from time to time.LAST election season I did 19 hours,an hour a week, with some buddys through election season.

Here's how I do it
Have some weights in the garage or near where your car is
Before a drive pick up the weights and do 5 or 10 mins
On returning...repeat another 5 or 10 mins.
Just think of it taking 10 or 20 mins longer for the drive.

Now my leg press is same as body weight 170lbs at age 79.

When you think about it even six months ago if you were trying to make the decision whether or not to get the vaccination where could you go for input? We had both sides of the aisle pushing the vax right up to the man we hold in deepest revere,the real President of the U.S. D.J. Trump. How can anyone be chastised for getting the vaccine when every source save a few on the internet are all telling you to go ahead and get it.?
To fault anyone for getting the shot would be naive and hasty at best.
Currently we now know more than ever before.
Here is the worst downside I can see if and only if the worst case for the vax should come true which remains to be seen over the next few years.
We already have a fair idea of what may happen what is happening to those who have had the vax. Rumors are there are medications if not vaccines out there that can actually counter graphene or whatever is in the vax.To think that the brain-trusts of the world are not up to the task to come up with something that will counter what has been done should the worst case come true would once again be naive. So in essence it's possible there is a short term downside to the vax but long term there is no way whatever damage the vax can do can not be undone by the ones who point out what is wrong today.
To think that they won't be on the front lines of coming up with better ways to treat whatever symptoms do appear would once again be naive. I have faith in the thousands of doctors and medical researchers who will be working on curing the ills of tomorrow to get the job done. They will get it done.

Oh, that is terrible! I hope he never knew what was happening. If he didn’t have time to call for help, that must be the case, so take comfort that he didn’t suffer for a long time.
That sounds like a good plan. Kudos! I don’t have a weight issue, but get an insane amount of exercise by way of lawn care and farm chores.
