“Forcing an experimental vaccine on someone as a condition for employment is just wrong and shouldn’t be allowed by any level of government.”

I agree it is morally wrong, but that is irrelevant to this discussion. It is legal.

This is why folks need to think about this now. Yes, principles are sometimes inconvenient. Freedom, if that’s what you want, requires you to make certain decisions, not insisting that you should be able to stand behind government as a shield to protect you. Government will not help you here.

It is well established that FDA Approved vaccines can be required.

We’re not talking about those. You recognize this right? Ordinarily vaccines take about 8 to 10 years of testing, to make sure they are both safe and effective. The “Jab” under consideration was put out in about five months.

There is absolutely no $&@king way what they are trying to do now is lawful. None.

Keep in mind, I’m not arguing for or against mRNA vaccines or anything related. Maybe it’s the best thing since sliced bread.

But it's only legal because our law makers are allowing it to be legal. That is the point of the displeasure with Noem’s stance and the silence of our GOP lawmakers. The lawsuit that was lost was brought by a Nurses Union not a state. Not effectively making a case in court doesn't make it legal.

Freedom was pretty important to the founders and their goal was/is to limit the power of the Government. Pretty sure they didn't consider them inconvenient principals that sometimes required decisions.
