The Apostle John who wrote the book of Revelation is in Heaven. He is the one who wrote the Mark of the Beast. Any other questions Skippy?

In theory I agree but there are and needs to be limits. You can’t fire someone because of their color or gender so “any reason” is too broad of an umbrella.

Whomever argued this case if federal court and lost must have been horrible.

Don’t tell the reason.

The employee can end their relationship because he is assigned an European American boss and nobody says anything. The employer should be able to do the same.

If businesses require vaccination, that will not destroy economy. There are people who won’t require vaccines who are able to have a business and hire people.

I don’t like it much, but she’s right. An employer is as much entitled to freedom as an employee.

If you get fired you can’t get unemployment.

Catch 22: If you quit, you can't get unemployment.

Unemployment is designed to pay a small amount to those laid off for lack of work, something to get you by while you look for work.

It wasn’t designed for those who quit or are fired.

sometimes one who is fired can draw unemployment after a waiting period of 6-8 weeks. It depends on the state.

Literal unionization? NO, banding together in common cause? YES.

What's the difference?

You aren’t apostle John.

You don’t get to judge who goes to the lake of fire, Thank God for that!

The whole point of the conservative right to work movement was so that you would make a choice as an individual whether to employ someone or not / whether to work for someone or not.

If you don’t like your employer’s policies, you find another job.

If you don’t like the hair color of your boss, you find another job.

Easy as that.

The difference between a town hall meeting and a Legislature.

One has fully purchased positions on issues, the other is a group come together in a common cause.

Legislatures are corrupt from their very first meeting. A town hall is full of differing viewpoints who can come together on the most urgent point. They may hate what kids are being taught in school, but the most important is freedom of self. Who owns your body? The collective, or is it yours alone?

Tyrants love it when they control the individual.

Tyrants hate it when the individual volunteers to join a group against their mandates.

What is a mandate, but a dictators order?

I don’t know how she can screw up what was a potential opportunity for having a national political following than she has in the last few months. Maybe listening to political consultants isn’t such a good idea.

"ReaganGeneration2" your post #103 is the first I've read that is CLEAR, ACCURATE, and SPOT ON.

I'll probably be one of the only responses you'll receive to your post. WHY?

That's what usually happens when the TRUTH goes unrecognized.

Noem just set her presidential ambitions on fire. She’s toast, and it’s a good thing that she outed herself long before any primaries are even thought about.

Her tweet is right in the vein of those Libertarians who, responding to complaints about the Tech monopolists, say “Just go build your own Google.”

In the era of massive intrusion and regulation in every aspect of life, the Libertarian argument getting applied only when it negatively affects the interests of red America is beyond foolish. So, yes, Noem certainly could use the power of the state to at minimum, make these employer mandates more costly to implement, but she won’t. That tells you where she stands.

No, the employers have won every case. And the EEO, DOJ and OSHA have put out guidance that employers can require the jabs,

You are incorrect

Paging Gov. Noem...

Check out who gets liability protection.

Where in Hades do you expect people harmed by a vaccine to go for redress?!

WTH are the jobless supposed to do?!

I chose to take the vaccine. But I strongly disagree with letting employers fire someone over it. Suppose I fired someone because they supported BLM. What would happen to me?

I might go along with letting them require approved, well-tested and well-known vaccines. I’m confident in this one, but I have family and friends who are not - including 3 RNS and a friend who worked for Pfizer selling drugs to doctors.
