Sarah Palin, the former vice presidential candidate and ex-governor of Alaska, has hinted at a return to politics.
Palin was asked if she would look at running for the U.S. Senate as she spoke at a conference on July 22 that was co-sponsored by the Harvest International Ministry religious movement, Right Wing Watch reported.
In a video shared on the ministry's Instagram page, Palin said sitting on stage that "America was dedicated to God" and she took a swipe at "a rapid shift to the left" she felt was taking place in the country.
Palin told Ahn, that it would be a "sacrifice" to leave her home in "God's country" but added: "If God wants me to do it, I will."
She went on to suggest that she would need more support from Christians than she got during her unsuccessful White House run.

No we have always had leftwing trolls on here since day one. It’s not Conservatives.
She never ran for President. She was McCain's VP candidate. And, the ticket didn't get enough support from Christians, it was the fault of McCain.
On balance a great post, and you even call out an obvious troll!
But I would argue it is not within Palin's power to "stop making herself a target". Any R woman, let alone a conservative, that takes up the patriotic warrior cause - in the face of a male shortage - is automatically subject to massive reprisal on the 24/7 wings of the MSM.

I debated that point in myself and perhaps if she had had better advisors. Her family issues have not helped her. She had political advisors who played kissy face with her but then stabbed her in the back because I believe the political fix was in. Palin almost dragged McCain across the finish line as it was.
I’m sympathetic to your argument and perhaps if I hadn’t reacted so strongly to the person I was posting to I might have “reshot” the comment as it were.
I do think her political cred is shot at least for any office but I believe there is lots she can still do. Maybe she can team up with Trump to do lots of behind the scenes work. I don’t know....
Hence the question mark, friend.
I would have been enough to simply deny, but as it is still (at least technically) a free country, I won’t object further.
