You are wrong about that, many here hate and hate all Chinese and call for them all be killed, making no distinction between the Chinese people and the CCP. The Chinese people and the Chinese nation: the “Chinese nation” as you put it, consists or two bodies - the Chinese people and the CCP. They are not the same. To not distinguish, is to tar them all with the same brush which is a form of racism; like saying all blacks are xxxx, and there is no difference between a black that xxxx and one that does not.

MAD does not work with the CCP. They are not interested in signing any treaty, limitation, unless it betters their internal image. And as long as they have the bragging rights internally, what they do externally is irrelevant.

Mad works when there is an assurance of loss of power or loss of life. For China to suffer those kinds of loses-both human and infrastructure, they will certainly lose power too. MAD is not a treaty. MAD stands for mutually assured destruction. You kill us, we kill you. If the CCP thinks that they can win with a biological weapon, they have another thing coming. They die too.
