The White House on Friday struggled to explain to reporters why it suddenly stopped holding coronavirus briefings after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued its latest masking guidance.
“Why are the doctors not here in the briefing to take our questions?” asked NBC reporter Kelly O’Donnell during the White House press briefing on Friday.
White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre defended not having a briefing with the federal health officials, noting President Joe Biden himself spoke to the American people about the coronavirus pandemic on Thursday.
“He gave a more than 30-minute speech,” Jean-Pierre argued, adding Biden was “a trusted voice” and “the leader of our country.”
“But he is not a scientist,” O’Donnell protested.
“No, but we heard from him,” Jean-Pierre replied.

It is saying vaccines work, everyone must get one but everyone must still wear a mask.

From my perspective, the Fed government has consistently been a disingenuous,deceptive force during the whole COVID mess. It was public health initiative managed for the benefit of the elites and the Democrat party.
Think about this:
The government COVID debacle is just a tiny glimpse into the train wreck government-run health care will be if the Democrats ever make that happen.
THAT should scare the pants off everybody. Conservatives and Republicans, get ready to have your health insurance revoked because of something you said!!!!!

Dr. Harveyr Risch, MD, PHD, and world renowned epidemiologist just stated on Newsmax that the CDC was correct in the analysis that the Delta Strain is more contagious, but he pointed out that they used only the one ‘Indian’ model of mask efficacy to state a case for mandating wearing masks. He said that there are 47 ‘peer reviewed’ studies that indicate that the benefit of wearing a mask for a virus are almost nil, either for the person wearing them, or others surrounding the wearer. He said the good news is that the Delta ‘variant’, or strain, is more virulent, but less potent. More people will get it, but less will suffer major illness from it, or death. He said there is absolutely no justification for mandating the wearing of a mask for this virus. He suggested that people should wear masks if they want to, but that choice should be theirs.
