I got my two shots of Moderna and I am still hoping for the best. The US-used vaccines seem to prevent death from Covid quite well.
I was left too weak to leave home for a day after my second shot, but that day might save me from death, severe sickness or having to self-quarantine.
I generally consider Covid vaccination for age 60+ a must, 40-59 highly recommended, 25-39 recommended and 12-24 when personally indicated. If the first shot is problematical, consult a doctor.
I consider all US government vaccination recommendations to be acceptable medical practice.
On the other hand, speaking of experimental "vaccine" mandates, part (II) of law excerpted below also mandates that the person receiving the jab is reasonably officially informed of the pros and cons of taking jab.
Instead, employees who have responsibly researched alleged problems with experimental “vaccine” want to refuse mandatory jab from employers who are seemingly up to their eyeballs in politically correct, pro-jab government / media propaganda imo.

Being vaccinated as a young child (which most of us were) has absolutely zero bearing on your religious beliefs as an adult.
Vaccines for the elderly used to be considered very risky—and the medical profession used to be very cautious in this area.

My possible response:
The large overreaching entities provide PPACA health care coverage that generally pays for Covid vaccination (and quite often by self-administered plans). The federal government has even claimed that mere failure to purchase health care cost coverage was an activity. The Florida Department of Health made me fill out a form in which they asked about my insurance status before each Moderna shot was given to me. Payment is a critical activity in health care in the USA, believe me.

“No safety risk” is a very brash statement, particularly with limited data.
The issue with the elderly is that their frail systems can be hurt by any tinkering...
Personally I wouldn’t get near any of these vaccines—I have much more faith in my own immune system.
A long time connection with one of the religions that are known to be opposed to medical treatment would be my guess. Christian Scientists, Scientology, Amish, Jehovah's Witnesses, and a few others.
