It sets a terrible precedent for them to settle this.
Unless there was truly some negligence on their side, but I can’t imagine what.
But I can understand them wanting to be through with it.

The problem is they won’t be. This will incite more lawsuits in the future.

Yes it will generate more lawsuits in the future. So the other insurers need to coalesce and help pay for these legal expenses to NOT settle.

But they won’t.

No its meant to make firearms too expensive for ordinary people to buy. Then only the wealthy and criminals can get them.
