I'd guess he'd come down on the side of totalitarian government. But by the time it gets there it probably won't matter anyway because there aren't many people who can do without the paychecks for 6 months.

And anyone that takes that mark is damned to hell without any possibility of delivery.

Since most small businesses and self employed (who make up by far most workers in America), most non vaxxers will be just fine.
Only a very very tiny percentage of the population work for outfits like Google, Apple etc and I don't care about them much..
