With all the military we have in Texas, the government will back down.
It is extremely difficult to sue the government, not to mention winning. I learned this early on in my activist days (early ninties).

We would have US troops on the Texas southern border preventing Texas authorities from preventing invading illegal aliens crossing the border.
US troops forcing the State of Texas to allow an invasion of foreign forces.
Not sure what Abbott would do at that point but you can bet any Federal LEO (or pretty much anything else) in Texas would be wanting to know W.T.H. the biden “administration” is thinking.
