I'll bet norovirus is much more transmittable...but of course it's not scary sounding enough...
We just got back from a church trip with the youth in charter buses. We are now hearing that several people have come down with the death virus. My wife has cold-like symptoms and I have hay fever symptoms. All hope is lost. Thanks, Delta variant.
Yep, that is what I have had. We used to call it a cold, a respiratory infection, or just the crud. Now, it is Death Virus Delta.
A microbiologist explained to me the the early deadly virus kills its host and is not passed on . The virus that survive are less deadly but might be more transferable.
Haven’t we always seen this is the flu virus in the past.

Let’s just face the truth-the govt has no idea what really works to decrease the impact of the virus so they start limiting liberties to show they care.
AFAIK vaccination among a population does not prevent mutations.

In general a virus spreads, peaks, and wanes/mutates. The mutations become more infectious and less virulent.
But there have been “experts” stating that vaccinating in the midst of a pandemic, is unwise and risks generating more mutations, and perhaps even more virulent.
There is a reason they give the flu vaccine before the flu season.
Considering that we’re being told that even vaccinated people can still be infected and have as much of the virus in their throat, even if they’re ‘protected’ from it, they’ll also continue to breed variants.
It seems we’d be better off with a natural immune response and build herd immunity. From what I can tell, this ‘vaccine’ isn’t bringing us toward herd immunity. I believe we should have been informed about this before all the ‘get the shot’ push.
At this point they’re exposing the fact that none of them really know what is going to happen and they’ve lost all credibility as far as I’m concerned.

GAMA : The injections successfully lowered the symptoms, so patient zero was sick, but didn’t know it, and spread it to others.
This also meant that early treatment did not happen. Only the group with natural immunity from prior illness had people who were not acutely ill from this outbreak.
In addition, the viral load was higher (more contagious) for the injected — but that would be expected I think, since the virus was replicating during that delayed diagnosis.
The propaganda is so thick.
