They have done it before by denying admission to the ICE holding and processing facilities where the illegals are first brought. Psaki was actually questioned about that and gave a word salad answer which indicated that such visits would be allowed at some future date when the Regime deemed it suitable.

The DC Department of Corrections locked out multiple Members of Congress from reviewing the conditions of the January 6th prisoners. What are they hiding?

The liberal Democrats, limp RINOs, violent BLM/Antifa, liberal Corporate America CEOs, Communist China "leaders," and socialist Soros (aka the Democrat Party Cabal or DPC) are horrifically afraid President Trump will be elected President in 2024. So they want to completely suppress and stamp out any and all support for Trump. As Time Magazine wrote, the entire DPC joined together to "Save" the 2020 election. Note the significance of the word "Save." It implies the Oval Office is the rightful possession of the DPC, so how dare Trump reside in the WH for four years? The U.S. must be "Saved" from President Trump and Republicans ... so that's what the DPC did. At least Time Magazine admits it.

Remember the Transition Integrity Project (TIP), the bipartisan group of over 100 leaders that gathered in June 2020 to "study" various scenarios regarding how Trump would react to "losing" the election in 2020. Why was that bipartisan group so certain, in mid-2020, that the Presidential election would be stolen so that it needed to write a report about how Trump would react to it?

Everyone was well aware of the following: The "TIP" published report, all the last-minute election law changes throughout the U.S., the Wuhan Virus, the violent BLM/Antifa's false claim that "racism" in 2020 had suddenly soared to all-time highs under President Trump, and that Corporate America (such as Facebook & Twitter) was aggressively bashing or cracking down on President Trump. It's sad that Trump's top political advisors, the clueless Jared & Ivanka, never saw any of it coming.

I thought that all arrests were a matter of public record, as well as incarcerations. There must be SOME process for investigating claims of prisoner abuse. Or so you would think, in a free country. Why doesn’t a lawyer for one of the detainees go to a judge and demand a review? Or have they?

Article 1, Section 8, next to last paragraph. Congress has exclusive jurisdiction over DC. They may have delegated some via the ill advised DC Home Rule, but it can’t be removed short of a Constitutional amendment,
