There has not been any and in the end the charges will be dropped for 99% with the remaining 1% show trial with no evidence allowed by the defense and the videos blocked showing those charged are innocent by the prosecution.

Every person who entered either or both chambers of Congress is being charged with the Federal level felony of obstructing an official proceeding of Congress. If they don’t plea deal that down to a misdemeanor those people will lose the right to own a firearm in the USA for life along with the life time ban on voting at the Federal level. Florida is right any one facing a Federal felony charge loses their weapons permit until they clear the charge or they get convicted and the permit is gone along with their guns for life. Texas is the same way except not only a pending felony charge will remove your right to a LTC permit any misdemeanor charge of.domestic violence or a temporary restraining order or protective order will also revoke immediately your LTC. in Texas divorce lawyers file.first thing a TRO and if they can get it PO for the woman as a matter of.course only after.divorce is done can you petition to have the TRO/PO removed and get your permit back.
