” The laws cited by the DOJ include the Civil Rights Act of 1960, which mandates the retention of election records for 22 months after a federal election, and the Voting Rights Act of 1965, which outlines that no person “shall intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for voting or attempting to vote, or intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for urging or aiding any person to vote or attempt to vote.” “

So the DOJ is going after all the people that intimidate and threaten the member of the Michigan Canvass Board into certifying election results. I can expect arrest any day.

“I voted not to certify, and I still believe this vote should not be certified,” Hartmann said his affidavits. “Until these questions are addressed, I remain opposed to certification of the Wayne County results.”

Added Palmer in her affidavit: “I rescind my prior vote to certify Wayne County elections.” thepalmierireport.com

True dat . . . but the 14th Amendment authorized congress to enforce its provisions.

It was an enormous power used wisely until 1960, enabled by the 17th Amendment.
