Its a civil rights issue! Applying any kind of integrity standard to elections disproportionally impacts those who cheat at elections.

DOJ must respect due process for enforcing federal Writ of Quo Warranto imo. Quo warranto legal process was made to address possible election fraud and can result with people who are proven guilty of fraudulently winning an election being removed from office.
Here's some references to quo warranto issues.
