Well who knows what he actually said or if he even knows what he actually said. (That in and of itself is another issue) But you have to admit, it sure sounds like that is what he said.

And don't put this in a vacuum either. He has a history of saying wiffty things so it's not out of the realm of possibility he actually said this. Anyway, if not convinced, consider this your daily chuckle
