Did the dog not bark? (Sherlock Holmes episode)
12 Hours? SHEEET! All crime in California is legal 24/7. Who needs dystopian movies??
My thought as well.
Hay, do you guys remember the days when a horrific shooting in a theater like this would cause people to boycott a movie and never go and see it?

Sounds like Oakland on any given night.
People go to “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,” or “The Sound of Music” or “Rocky Horror Picture Show” and sing-a-long. This is keeping with that theme of audience participation.
My guess is that the other 4 ticket holders were all in on the killing.
Don’t expect anyone to come forward.
Another possibility is that the killer waited for the others to leave the theater before shooting the remaining two.
In which case someone may come forward. But in a darkened theater you are not going to get a detailed description. Especially not if the shooter sat in a corner and just sat there silently, not attracting attention.
Sit up front with a hat on. No one would be able to give any kind of description of you unless they sat next to you. With only six people in the theater, not likely to happen.
Film? sounds like a documentary.

Nothing good happens after 10pm. Go to afternoon flicks when the cretons are asleep.
But you can’t yell ‘fire’.
California. Blue America.
Sick minds create such “entertainment”.
“It is the will of Landru”.
The dog didn’t bark in the night and the projectionist noticed nothing unusual. ...presuming a projectionist was present at the screening for the entire run-time.
Or a Star Trek episode. The Return of the Archons: An Enterprise team beams down to a seemingly puritanical culture that celebrates a lawless bachanal (The Festival) for one day out of the year.
Alas, there’s no central computer controlling this mess. If there were, Kirk could convince it to self-destruct.
