I am making some assumptions. Current numbers show about 50% of Americans dont have the vaccine. That is different than those that a hesitant. There could be a host of reasons why a person has not yet been vaccinated. So I am assuming that out of that 50%, there are at least 30% that are truly “hesitant”.
A higher number is certainly possible.
