If you want to really get under the skin of CNN's Chris Cillizza then just refer to the Covid-19 vaccines as the "Trump vaccine." He really really dislikes that term. In fact, he told us how much that term irked him on Monday in "What Sarah Sanders gets wrong about the Covid-19 vaccine."
What disturbed him was an op-ed Sanders wrote which was published in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette on Sunday. What specifically bothered him? Cillizza reveals what he found so disturbing.

And, this is not a vaccine. The jab using mRNA delivers mRNA in a nano lipid or fat envelope to a cell. It’s a medical device designed to stimulate a cell into becoming a pathogen creator by creating the known to be harmful spike protein.
Vaccine is a defined term in law and under CDC and FDA standards. A vaccine has to stimulate an immunity in the person receiving it. And it must also disrupt transmission. That’s not what this is. Even the drug manufacturers admit the jab or its mRNA does not stop transmission.
The jab is a treatment, but if it’s discussed as a treatment it would not get the sympathetic ear of public health officials because people would ask what other treatments there are. And alternative treatments would hamper FDA’s ability to issue emergency approval of the jabs. See 21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3(c)(3)
Defining the narrative with the term vaccine is a sucker punch to open and free discourse. “Vaccine” throws the discussion into one of pro/con vaccine. The jab is a mechanical device in the form of a very small packet of technology inserted intoe the human system to activate the cell to become a pathogenetic spike protein manufacturing site.
No basis exists to stipulate this is a vaccine. Simply put, this is a chemical pathogen device meant to unleash chemical pathogen production within a cell. It’s a medical device, not a drug. The jab is not a living or biological system, but rather a physical technology that just happens to come in the size of a molecular package.

You have to wonder what Sarah Sanders thought she would gain by recommending that conservatives take the jab. As the reaction from CNN indicates, she will not gain the love of the Left. Sarah Sanders will never be forgiven for having served as Trump's press secretary. Consider Richard Nixon. Despite performing actions that would supposedly please liberals, such as wage and price controls, recognition of Red China, and establishment of the EPA, he was never forgiven by the Left for his anti-Communist position as a Representative and Senator. His takedowns of Alger Hiss and Helen Gahagan Douglas were never forgiven.

It’s a method of trying to place guilty feelings on pro Trimp into getting the jab and it’s beneath her. People do it here on FR too, calling it Trump’s vaccine or Trump’s warp speed.

Operation Warp Speed was one of the proudest accomplishments of Trump's presidency or any other presidency. I don't urge anyone to get vaccinated if they don't want to - your decision and I don't care what you decide. But Trump deserves a ton of credit for the incredibly fast development of the COVID-19 vaccines - if we'd had a Democrat in the White House in 2020 the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines would probably still be under development with no FDA approval in sight.

Every politician compromises because of funding. She is running for Governor, so I will wager that big university donors and big pharma is pressuring her. The same folks that pressure Asa Hutchinson

I believe that in the case of Sarah Sanders, along with other GOP politicians that are calling for conservatives to take the “vaccines’, such as Asa Hutchinson, Ron DeSantis of Florida, Kay Ivey of Alabama, there is a “plata or plomo" deal. Such “offers that can't be refused” may also explain why Republican officials in Georgia and other states cooperated with the steals in November 2020.

Trump used his power and influence to get money and resources needed for scientists to find a cure. Thus is it is the Trump vaccine though Biden is taking credit.
As for the anti-vaxxers here, their movement is rooted in bunko faith healers, flat earthers, and lunatic conspiracy theorists who think microchips are being injected into their body.
The conservative movement has been greatly damaged by embracing this lunatic fringe anti-vaxxer movement.

You are completely blinded and know nothing. The vaccines were ready before this plandemic. The patents prove it. You hate Christians because we don’t allow dead baby cells in our body? I quake for the death that is coming, rather is already upon us, because of this experiment. Regardless, none of the Christians I know are taking the vaccine. We actually listen to doctors like Dr Robert Malone, Dr Pete McCullough, Dr Luc Montagnier. Top doctors in the world warning people. Do you intend to force us?

There is no conservative movement without us conservative Christians. We won the Civil War, fought for Black desegregation, and paid our lives down serving our armed forces to fight Socialism. It is you RINO surrender monkeys who have damaged the conservative movement. You do exactly what the establishment says, regardless of truth or facts. Perhaps Liz Cheney will make room for you in her party?
