Floods, fires and droughts......everywhere....but then it is Monsoon season, and Fires Burn every year in California etc, and droughts are common in Middle East....soooo sounds like weather is doing what weather does every year...some more than others but weather reporters love to juice the skid as we know.

The flooding in China is usual every year...the difference is they’ve had no time to recover from the last hit and still keep building dams they have to blow up. Whatever they keep trying to do isn’t working.

I’m having some difficulty summoning sympathy or empathy for the plight of those who call me an “infidel” and are sworn to cut my head off. I guess the best I can do, is say “gee, I guess it sucks to be them”.

Considering that fossil fuels are derived from dead things that sustained heat and pressure to form oil (simplistic version), it must be a renewable resource that is renewing itself. Just takes a while longer than growing trees.
