I haven’t read an objective account of the bases for the lawsuit. Big Tech’s political censorship actions could be considered campaign contributions. I would have preferred that Trump had taken more drastic action while still president about all of this. Trump has always been a lawyer-up-and-litigate kind of guy, not Pinochet type.
The problem with the courts is they are entirely political and have been mostly hostile to Trump.
