America’s Frontline Doctors, a nonprofit, filed a motion on July 19 seeking immediate injunctive relief to stop the emergency use authorization (EUA) of COVID-19 vaccines for three groups of Americans: anyone under the age of 18, anyone who has recovered from COVID-19, and those who haven’t given informed consent as defined by federal law.
The motion was filed against Xavier Becerra, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and other defendants in a federal district court in the Northern District of Alabama.
“The emergency declaration and its multiple renewals are illegal,” the complaint (pdf) alleges.
According to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, when the HHS secretary declares that an emergency use is appropriate, the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) may then authorize unapproved use or EUA of a vaccine.

Umm... informed consent requires approval, I thought. No one being given this shot since its inception has been given an informed consent to sign.
Regardless of how much the law might be on the side of the non-profit there is no Federal Judge anywhere who has the stones to issue an injunction stopping the vaccine from being given

America’s Frontline Doctors we’re perhaps the first group to come out against these experimental medical injections. They were immediately big tech censored and ridiculed by Government, Media, and the most so-called Freepers Doctors. But they have been right from the beginning! They are Patriots and fighting for people’s lives.
And don’t forget having to fight against governors and their edicts and the idiotic teachers unions demanding kids get these shots.
They DON’T care if kids get myocarditis or become paralyzed.
And now we are seeing places where the majority of “cases” are in people who have been vaccinated. The vaccines are looking like just another hoax within a hoax. Blame Biden.
I’m sure they’re already on the FBI’s list of domestic terrorists.
