Absolutely true, and that's the difference between us. I left the GOP decades ago while ppl like you dutifully voted for likes of Kemp, Bush, Romney & McCain. To say you never learned is an understatement .

As for me, I have been a non-aligned Constitutional conservative probably longer than you have been alive.
I was raised by a good conservative Southern dad. Of course he was a Democrat, everybody was - but he marched at Selma (he said "it just wasn't right to treat folks that way"), and when a civil rights worker was shotgunned to death, nobody would bury the man, so my dad wrapped his shattered body in a tarp and hauled him back to Atlanta. If some small town cop in Nowhere AL had pulled him over, I wouldn't have had a daddy.
Now - what qualifies you to judge the bona fides of somebody you don't even know, and heap mindless abuse upon total strangers?
You bet, and because Kemp & people like you who flack for these country club RINOs are ruining my country, I'll let you know about them at every available opportunity. Stacey Abrams stole the election while Kemp and his cohort of seersucker suit clowns looked away. Go sell his slop elsewhere. My kids and g'kids will dig in and fight.

I agree with you and I am not suggesting you vote for Kemp, even if the choice is Kemp or Abrams.
There are only 4 alternatives in US elections.
1) Don’t vote
2) Vote third party or write in.
3) Vote for a declared socialist (Dem)
4). Vote for a Republican who will line his pockets, serve the big donors, sustain the Democrat agenda, while posing as a “conservative” during election year.
There is currently no individual liberty choice.
Continuing the charade with the GOP is as you say the slow road to tyranny. It still leads to a communist dictatorship. Less than 2-3% of Republicans would take a bullet to preserve the Republic. If there were any patriots innthe GOP they’d be speaking loudly every day. It must be very lonely for Rand Paul in the Senate.
