Joe Biden dismissed the idea of eliminating the filibuster during a CNN town hall in Cincinnati on Wednesday night, warning that doing so would 'throw the entire Congress into chaos' where 'nothing at all would get done.'
Speaking at an invite-only event moderated by Don Lemon, Biden was asked by a first year law student why he hadn't taken more action to advance voting rights legislation.
'Isn't it logical to get rid of the filibuster so we can protect our democracy and secure the right to vote?' the college grad asked to enthusiastic applause.

I think Biden got things mixed up (again). Eliminating the filibuster would allow MORE things to get done. Of course, many of those things would be bad things. That’s why keeping the filibuster is so important.

I swear to the Almighty if this were my kid and I paid $50,000 for their education I would literally yank him off the campus by his/her hair and tell them college is over for you unless you pay for it yourself.
Then I would tell him living at home will cost him $500 per month so he better get a job within 2 weeks or find another place to live.

My problem is with this snot nose a-hole first year “law” student. Not all lawyers are bad but we have too many of them and many should rightly be ....(fill in the blank.It’s simple).
Entire thing sounds staged including the stupid question.
The only reason Beijing Biden would say this and he must have been told in advance is because the filibuster death is itself dead and his puppet masters knows it.
There’s nothing to be gained but seeing anything possibly passed in the Senate halted.
