SACRAMENTO (INSIDE CALIFORNIA POLITICS) – An exclusive Inside California Politics / Emerson College poll reveals conservative talk radio host Larry Elder is leading the race to replace Governor Gavin Newsom if he is recalled by voters.
The exclusive new statewide poll of more than 1,000 registered voters, which has a margin of error of +/-2.9%, asked respondents who they would vote for to replace Gov. Newsom. Elder led the pack at 16%, with John Cox and Kevin Faulconer trailing behind both at 6%. A large majority of respondents remain undecided.
Undecided: 53%

1 - Do you want to recall Newsome ?
2 - who do you want to be governor?
If the answer to #1 is yes (recall) whoever gets the most votes in #2 wins - even if less than 50%
Praying that Elder gets in! And if he does will continue praying for him.
I have heard that too many candidates running could cause the vote to be spread out there by very possibly giving newsom the win.
It is obvious why the Democrats tried to torpedo Elder now. They are afraid of him.
If he wins, I will miss his podcasts terribly.

Elder is being black-balled by the leftist administration of Kalifornistan. He currently can’t run because of that.

If a conservative won the recall, he’d still have to deal with the Politburo in Sacramento to accomplish anything. My guess is the first thing the Politburo would do is strip as many rights from the governorship as possible.
Correct, Dan. My hope is that the 43 candidates generate enough buss between them to get a majority vote in question 1. If question 1 passes I think Elder will win. It’s a big if. They’ve already starting running ads presenting this election as an extension of Jan 6
