The Flimsy Evidence Behind the CDC’s Push to Vaccinate Children
A tremendous number of government and private policies affecting kids are based on one number: 335. That is how many children under 18 have died with a Covid diagnosis code in their record, according to the CDC.

Without these data, the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices decided in May that the benefits of two-dose vaccination outweigh the risks for all kids 12 to 15. I’ve written hundreds of peer-reviewed medical studies, and I can think of no journal editor who would accept the claim that 335 deaths resulted from a virus without data to indicate if the virus was incidental or causal, and without an analysis of relevant risk factors such as obesity.
My research team at Johns Hopkins worked with the nonprofit FAIR Health to analyze approximately 48,000 children under 18 diagnosed with Covid in health-insurance data from April to August 2020. Our report found a mortality rate of zero among children without a pre-existing medical condition such as leukemia.
The National Education Association has been debating whether to urge schools to require vaccination before returning to school in person. How can they or anyone debate the issue without the right data?

Organizations and politicians who are eager to get every living American vaccinated are following the CDC without understanding the limitations of the methodology. CDC Director Rochelle Walensky claimed that vaccinating a million adolescent kids would prevent 200 hospitalizations and one death over four months. But the agency’s Covid adolescent hospitalization report, like its death count, doesn’t distinguish on the website whether a child is hospitalized for Covid or with Covid. The subsequent Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report of that analysis revealed that 45.7% “were hospitalized for reasons that might not have been primarily related” to Covid-19.

JCVI issues advice on COVID-19 vaccination of children and young people
The JCVI (Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation) is not currently advising routine vaccination of children outside of these groups (those that have underlying health conditions), based on the current evidence.
As evidence shows that COVID-19 rarely causes severe disease in children without underlying health conditions, at this time the JCVI’s view is that the minimal health benefits of offering universal COVID-19 vaccination to children do not outweigh the potential risks.
The UK has opted out of vaccinating under 18’s.

In Tucker Carlson’s report last night on government lies regarding the unvaccinated population, he made some shocking statements, including:
#1: According to the CDC website, just 335 people under the age of eighteen have died from coronavirus in the United States. No information was provided on circumstances.
#2: Researchers at John’s Hopkins, led by Doctor Marty Makary, looked more closely at those numbers and what they actually meant. They found a “mortality rate of zero among children without a pre-existing medical condition such as leukemia.”
“A mortality rate of ZERO!”
ZERO!!!
So, to put this in perspective, the United States government, ostensibly led by Joe Biden, is pressuring the public to wear masks and take experimental vaccines because of the “serious threat” to our People, including to our children.
Yet–researchers at Johns Hopkins have found exactly ZERO children who have died from COVID without a pre-existing medical condition!
In other words, the government’s feverish pitch to get children to wear masks and take vaccines is based on essentially NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER!
Where I come from, this is called a LIE!!! And a dangerous one at that.
Why is the Biden administration pushing masks and vaccines on our children without good cause?

I found the second link very useful because of the graphs showing mortality rates from Covid. However, my question about the contagiousness of children when infected was not found in any of your links. I was hoping someone on this thread would know. I will do a search and will let you know what I found.
