That's where we are, in uncharted territory.

If the US military determines that a foreign entity has subverted the Constitutional electoral process to gain power and the resulting situation is a clear and preset danger to the nation and the Constitution...what do you think will happen?

The military is nonetheless loathe to act without unambiguous majority support of the people, and that's understandable. We are very close, IMHO.

How long did you serve in what branch of the military?

I can tell you from personal experience that the current military we have today will not turn on the sitting government. No way no how they will follow the chain of command to the letter and if that means deploying 30,000 troops around the capital well you saw what that looked like. The upper ranks are full of political appointees the purge of life time Patriots started under Zero and reached full speed right before he left office. The Don tried to stem the purge but was fought every step by the DS, and now we have active witch hunt for the remainder of the lifetime military men of honor. Make no mistake this US military will fight Americans on our own soil D.C.proves that without a shadow of a doubt. Some low end troops will desert or go Awol but the leadership will not turn on the DC establishment. I have 11 years in 2 services , trigger time on three continent’s

yep as much as I might like it , there is no reinstallment provision for the office of the president nor is there a decertification process. And as you say there are too many in Bidens’ back pocket to blaze new ground here.

Lefties want us conservatives to think otherwise so they can win in 2022 again in 2024-it just diverts our energy and attention.

The “uncharted territory” you describe isn’t the audits determining that the election was filled with fraudulent voting. It’s that a lot of people really are dumb enough to believe it will actually result in someone telling Joe Biden to leave the White House so Donald Trump can move back in.

The legislatures of all those states had the authority to correct the problem between Election Day in November 2020 and the Electoral College certification on December 14th.

None of them did.

Under the U.S. Constitution the state legislatures have the sole and unambiguous authority to determine how the electors are chosen in each state. If none of them took any corrective measures, then no Federal court has any business getting involved in the process.

That doesn’t mean they complied with the law.

And when states send fraudulent certificates to the the federal government, that most certainly is the Supreme Court’s business.

When it comes to allocating a state's electors in a presidential election, the legislature IS the law. It is absolutely NOT the U.S. Supreme Court's business to enforce state law.

You just said that “the legislature” has the authority to commit fraud. Power equals authority?

And for a general election that elects the members of the federal government, particularly the President, once the certificates (and “certificates”) end up at the federal government, that puts it in the federal government’s lap.

Do yourself a favor and look up “Bleeding Kansas”.
