Interestingly, Semenya is out of these Olympics due to IAAF telling her to take her hormones if she want to compete from 400m up to a mile. She refused, and had to take a job as a forward on a soccer team in South Blackfrica.

Supposedly the average age for Olympic weightlifters is 25-26. He is competing as a woman at age 43. So eventually if they get a strong enough guy who believes they are female who starts young enough, they could dominate the women’s sport for decades I guess.
It will only stop when a majority of women athletes want it to stop.

Women don't want to make that decision. They want a man to make that decision so they can bitch publically and agree with it privately. The IAAF's Sebastian Coe coming down hard on Semenyaya is a perfect example of that.
The single solitary female brave enough to punch down on Laurel Hardly is Tracey Lambrechs, who was immediately accused by other woymnsz of sour grapes because Lurid Manchin displaced Lambrechs on the women's NZ weight-lifting team.
