On Friday, a federal judge in Texas blocked an Obama-era program protecting undocumented immigrants who arrived in the US as children from deportation, halting the program’s ability to accept new applicants and once again throwing the lives of more than 600,000 people into tumult.
In his 77-page opinion, district court Judge Andrew Hanen concluded that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, is unlawful because it violates the Administrative Procedure Act, which governs federal rulemaking, by evading the normal “notice and comment” process in adopting new rules.
Hanen’s decision doesn’t immediately affect the 616,030 people, often known as DREAMers, who are currently protected under DACA — but it does mean that the Department of Homeland Security can no longer approve new DACA applications or grant applicants the protections DACA provides.

It was illegal the day the Kenyanesian Usurper announced it.
If we had an opposition party they would have been in court and stopped it before it got started.
Instead we have Assistant Democrats who also wanted any amnesty they could get any way they could get it.
Bush League Republicans have been intentionally importing a permanent Democrat majority for 30 years.
We MUST stop re-electing them.
All it means is another judge declares it legal.
Our Constitution was thrown under the bus on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 when ALL of our elected AND appointed swore in an ineligible British subject/Kenyan/Indonesian non-natural born citizen in direct violation of that Constitution.
It says natural born citizen.
Obama is not one.

Think of the millions of lives facing a tumultuous time when Trump returns to office and throws all of the illegals out - those he can find, those who haven’t hidden in the national fabric like termites.

The Founding Fathers established a nation based on law and order. That is no longer true and the courts must take the lead in re-establishing that vital concept - a nation of laws.
ALL illegal aliens need to be deported.
It means nothing. DemocRATs are clearly above the law, and since they have stolen a country (and the electoral process), they have become the law.
Simple solution: all those that came in legally, report those that didn’t. Go to front of the line.

How many million school children had their lived thrown into tumult over the last year & a half? I don’t see the writer shedding a tear for them!
