I for one do not see any downside with this other than the shooters need more range time. If you think about it, they should be left alone, it’s a self fulfilling solution, just keeping the innocent out of the mix is the challenge.
I was thinking they should charge a kidney to patch them up.
At least it would limit repeat business.
Frankly, the deaths-to-shootings in these reports always appear shockingly low, to me. Obviously, massive sums are spent to patch people up to go out and shoot someone else.
The spray and pray method is used - no aiming involved - range time would just waste ammo
Shooting sideways doesn’t help.
