Sorta, kinda, similar to acts of treason on millie 's part and a whole slew of others in the officer ranks. If nothing else, an article 133 of the UCMJ would seem in order but nobody has the testicular fortitude to raise that alarm. Thoroughly modern millie needs to be in a stockade someplace. Certainly not the military I was in.

Because .. he serves at the pleasure of the President, who is controlled by people who approve of Milley’s attitude.

The left has seized complete control of this country. The crash is coming, it’s inevitable.

I believe Milley doesn’t technically command anything.
He did spend three years trying to pick out a prom dress, though.

He’s the senior military adviser to POTUS. The only thing he commands is a desk.

And (just because I can’t help it) the Joint Chiefs are not in the chain of command.

Joint Chiefs of Staff, a panel of high-ranking U.S. military officers who advise the president of the United States and other civilian leaders on military issues.
As an advisory body, the Joint Chiefs of Staff do not lead combat forces and have no executive or command authority over troops in their services.

The way they’re behaving they need to be on a chain gang.

“How brave ye went out with your muskets so bright,
And thought to be-frighten the folks with the sight,
But when ye got there how they powdered your pums,
And all the way home how they peppered your bums.
And is it not honeys, a comical crack,
To be proud in the face, and be shot in the back.”

While watching Milley on tv and not knowing anything about him before now I kept thinking I can smell him, he stinks. I really smelled a terrible odor while he was one. Eerie.

Technically, he’s not in ‘command’ - at least not combatant command - of the US military. Since Goldwater-Nichols was enacted, the CJCS has been largely been relegated to an presidential advisor.
But, I get and agree with Tucker’s larger point. I also think Milley has been incredibly close to violating 1344.10. IS BLM a political organization? I think it plainly is. Commissioned officers are not supposed to be commenting in their official capacity on political matters. And yet, he does, routinely.

Why? Because the leadership of all branches is now too corrupted to follow their oath to the Constitution. And the rot of dead souls is filtering down to the troops rapidly.

JCS are a cabal of ring knockers. Maybe at one time they had warriors but these clowns are what’s wrong with the Pentagon.

Maybe he’s still there beause he’s a general that is eager and enthusiastic about ordering troops to shoot any citizen that dares to oppose our new fascist overlords.
