President Donald Trump put out a new statement in response to the damning Maricopa County audit hearing in Arizona earlier today, which revealed shocking voting irregularities and evidence of fraud that have cast further doubts on the legitimacy of the 2020 election.
“Arizona Senate hearings on the Maricopa County Election audit is devastating news to the Radical Left Democrats and the Biden Administration. While this, according to the Senate, is preliminary, with results being announced at a later date, it seems that 74,243 Mail-In Ballots were counted with “no clear record of them being sent.” There were 18,000 voters who were scrubbed from the voter rolls after the election. They also revealed that the voting system was breached or hacked (by who?) Very big printer and ballot problems with different paper used, etc., and MUCH MORE,” wrote President Trump. “The irregularities revealed at the hearing today amount to hundreds of thousands of votes or, manay times what is necessary for us to have won. Despite these massive numbers, this is the State that Fox News called early for a Biden victory. There was no victory here, or in any other of the Swing States either,” continued President Trump.
“Maricopa County refuses to work together with the Senate and others who are merely looking for honesty, integrity, and transparency. Why do the Commissioners not want to look into this corrupted election? What are they trying to hide? The highly respected State Senator Wendy Rogers said in a tweet the hearing today means we must decertify the election. In any event, the Senate Patriots are moving forward with final results to be announced in the not-too-distant future, but based on today’s hearing, why even wait?” President Trump said. The hearing was widely viewed and has attributed to growing accusations that the election was stolen from President Trump. Among many others, Arizona State Rep. and Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem said that the ongoing Arizona election audit confirms that the 2020 presidential election in the state was a “sh*t show” that “cannot be called accurately.” Damning revelations from the hearing include testimony from the private auditing firm Cyber Ninjas, which introduced evidence showing that a “bunch” of Arizona ballots contained duplicated serial numbers, as National File reported.

Respectfully it is the truth, the Constitution defines a system of representative government and the corresponding election laws by which Congress determines who is President.
And Constitution also defines the only way a sitting President can be removed, via Impeachment and Conviction by Congress.
Do not infer from this that I also deny the election was stolen, the Democrats assisted by Republicans broke many of State and Constitutional laws to achieve this theft, and the Federal Courts refused to intervene at every turn using a lack of standing as a convenient excuse.
At the speed this is unraveling we will be reading epitaphs on tombstones. Mea culpas galore, after the country is lost.
Fox has been given orders that challenging the election = nazis. Simple but true.
As far as the Presidency goes, since there are no “presidential elections” in the Constitution and since the 538 Electors who ACTUALLY choose the President voted and had their votes accepted, that’s correct.
It is POSSIBLE, though, that three sitting Senators can be removed.
Didn't most Senate and Congressional "Republicans" assure us on January 6th (and thereafter) the 2020 elections were fair and honest, Biden is the legitimate President, and Trump should just accept defeat, and we should "move on"?

Formally notify Congress of the change.
If there are any Senate or House seats that change, they can then fight it out in federal court.

While Wendy Rogers may be too dumb to know there is no legal mechanism to “decertify” 6 months post election, Trump is certain to know this.
The electoral college vote and congressional certification are final and of plenary authority.
Anyone have a guess as to his goals as this mess begins to unfold?
And that same amendment could call for Trump's installation, or another election.
Then all it would need is approval of 3/4 of the state legislatures.
We should know the outcome circa 2030.
The other means allowed by the 10th is for the people to take up arms and overturn the USA.
There is no other legal mechanism, and armed revolt while not legal could be legitimized.
Please inform us of the constitutional sections and clauses whereby the USSC would exercise authority over a POTUS election, authority so plenary they can overturn the certified result of the electoral college and US Congress.

Why is it nobody can explain the legal mechanism for overturning the plenary authority of the electoral college and the US congress?
Because it requires an Amendment to the constitution to remedy that which none of the founders anticipated.
As written, there is no mechanism. And I challenge anyone to articulate one.
