Israel’s High Court of Justice ruled on Sunday that the state must allow same-sex couples and single men to become parents through surrogacy, after the government said last week that passing a law to this effect was politically “unfeasible.”
The court also said that the state must make the requirements for same-sex couples and single men to become parents as those set for women.
The panel of justices, headed by Supreme Court President Esther Hayut, said that restrictions barring same-sex male couples and single men from surrogacy must be nullified within six months.
“As it has been determined that the arrangement is unconstitutional,” the court said of the current rules limiting surrogacy, “‘a lack of political feasibility’ cannot justify the connotation of severe harm to basic rights.”

Unconstitutional to recognize the reality that single men cannot conceive children, nor two men...and it violates imaginary "rights" - biology is unconstitutional and a violation of human rights.

there is NO right to having a child. Some people are sterile or have medical conditions that prohibit habing a child, some chose a partner who is same sex and thus they as a couple can in no way produce their own children.
There are many reasons people cannot have children, some are set in place by God. Some are choices people make as to their partner or spouse.
The state or government nor it’s citizens are obligated to make ways for any person to have a child.
Not callous, just truth. This everyone should be able to have everything mentality is an insult to people and to God who created everyone unique, not all the same and expected to all have the same in life.
This is wrong, wrong, wrong, for Israel on so many levels.

If you do dumb stuff, you’re not smart.
I’m not very smart and have done a lot of dumb stuff over the last 50 years.
IMO being considered smart is overrated, I judge people by their ethics and morality. Moral and ethical people make good family members and business partners, regardless of their tribal background.
Do you know why they are moving there? Homosexuals will never convince Orthodox Jews to rewrite or reinterpret the Torah and the commandments.
