Bankers Are Begging Their Employers For Transfers From New York To Florid

Citing Florida’s economic policies and living standards, Wall Street executives are requesting transfers from New York to Florida.

Many analysts state that bankers’ desire to move out of New York is creating a headache for recruiters as investment firms attempt to reopen their offices.

Job headhunters say banks such as JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs have what is being described as a waiting list of executives looking to move to the Sunshine State primarily because of its lower cost of living, but also because of other quality of life issues including a lower crime rate. Manhattan, where both firms are located, is dealing with a spike in crime and homelessness. Under Mayor Bill de Blasio crime statistics have risen in most categories with the New York Police Department reporting a 39.6% rise in grand larceny thefts last week for the four weeks ending June 6.

“The JP Morgan recruiter from Florida just told me he’s getting so much demand from employees in the northeast to move to Florida they’re not even considering external candidates for those jobs,” one financial services executive told Fox Business. “I hear the same thing is happening at Goldman and elsewhere.”

I had to “LOL” a bit about this. They are having trouble getting people to go back to work in New York City? New Yorkers want to move to Florida due to “quality of life” issues????? Very interesting.............

Florida needs a immigration system….one person dies or moves out before more can move in….to many people ruin everything…

I don’t think that is necessarily true.

They are moving to save their own income instead of giving it to NY.

You may be seeing a change of thinking.

“Florida will be blue in five years”

Liberals are moving to plenty of other states too, so all 50 states will be blue in 10 years.

Hmmmm...

This is actually by design. People will state how bad this is (moving liberals into Florida), but nothing will be done to stop it. Texas government advertised on TV *IN CALIFORNIA* for businesses to move to Texas starting 10+ years ago. And you wonder why the state is on the edge of turning blue.

If that.

And all these Governors...Scott, Perry, Perdue, Deal, Kemp, Abbott, etc etc...do nothing but roll out the red carpets for these people, their ideology and policies. JOBS JOBS JOBS JOBS, for everyone.

Interesting that folks don’t seem to pay attention to the fact that these companies do everything they can to get their employees to move with them. If that’s happening, who gets the jobs? Not the locals.

My wife and I just moved to Florida a couple of months ago for similar reasons. And we're pretty damn conservative. Maybe not as bad as you think it is. I'd be more concerned about Texas with people moving from California. Colorado was once a pretty conservative state, until Californians move in.

And they’ll proceed to try and turn Florida into a copy of the simmering schithole they ran away from.

Florida is CLOSED.

Besides that it’s a horrid, dangerous place with shark infested waters and is overrun with alligators, rattlesnakes, water moccasins and mosquitoes.

Also, Governor Desantas is a madman.

Don’t come to Florida.
